From the 49 B5N2 that carried this weapon, only 10 made hits and the attack results were: USS Vestal (2 hits), Arizona (2 hits), Maryland (2 hits), Tennessee (2 hits) and West Virginia (2 hits). These 10 hits represents 20,43% of correct bomb dropping.


BII-330 was flown by a wingman of IJN carrier Hiryu during the first wave group that attacked battleship row.
